It's easy to get stressed out when the pressures of work, family, and everyday life are weighing on you. These stresses can have not only an emotional impact; they can cause physical ailments as well. The effects of stress are even more profound than imagined. It penetrates to the core of our being. Stress has been the target cause of most diseases. If we try to reduce our stress level many other benefits follow.
We have all been told to "rest" and "listen to your body" when we don't feel good. This is no different. In order for our inner self to heal we need to be "quiet", be still. We need to truly "listen to our body" in order to help ourself heal.
Meditation, prayer or just being still are few words we use describe our inner connection with a higher being. I have included a few videos below to help you do just that. So sit back, relax de-stress and "get connected".
