Breakfast Suggestion

Green Smoothie

Recipe:

1 cup grapes

1 orange

½ apple

½ mango

1 slice pineapple

2 cups spinach

1 leaf kale

1 ½ cup of almond milk (vanilla flavor)

1 ½ cup of water

1 cup ice

 

Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

 

Use other fruits to change up the flavor.

Can use frozen fruit and eliminate the ice.

Frozen fruit will give it an even smoother texture!
